He got the higher taste of spirituality, when he came in contact of ISKCON, particularly by the teachings of H.D.G. A.C Bhakti Vedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada. He has dedicated his life completely for GOSEVA after getting an initiation from H.H.Gopal Krishna Goswami Maharaj Ji. His Gurudev instruction for the cow products distribution is his goal of life, as a solution for GO-RAKSHA. He is applying his technical & entrepreneurship skills with their team of cow lovers to connect people with Gaumata Seva.

Founder Trustee, has been the force behind the organization. She is having more than 25years of family business management experience. Having great passion for cows. She is full time dedicating her skills to support goshalas and gopalaks in their self sustenance.

Chairman : Dr VK Bhaiguna, Msc (zoo), MSc Resource Management UK, MSc Forestry, PhD.
Former IFS officer with 38 yrs professional experience. Rtd in April 2015 as Principal Secretary Agriculture, Animal Resources and Forest Government of Tripura. Director General Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education and Chancellor FRI University during 2011 to 2013. He also served as Inspector General of Forests Ministry of Environment and Forests. An internationally recognized expert in his field. He won Queen's award for Forestry in the year 2000 from Commonwealth Forestry Association UK He was also conferred the The Great Son of India award by All India Conference of Intellectuals and several other awards.

Management Head : Dr. Sahadev Das (Sanjay Shah), CA, ICWA with national ranks
He is a monk in Vaisnava tradition. His areas of work include research in vedic and contemporary thought, corporate and educational training, social work and counseling.

Finance Head : Arun Kumar, MA, LLB,CAIIB, Diploma in finance management
An Ex.Banker dealing with financial sector since more than 30 years and wide experience of evaluation and implementation of various financial project. Also participate in various seminar/training related with financial sector.

Technical Head : Saumitra Singh, B.Tech from IIT Kharagpur
Have competency in Panchgavya product development, quality control , validation & research as well. His skillset contribute for global expansion of cow products through research & development as well. His skillset contribute for global expansion of cow products through research & development.

Human Resource Head : P.K. SharmaMBA
Overall 14 years experience in corporates like airtel, birla group with managing own business. Successfully conducted various training programs. Utilizing his vast experience and excellent relation building, team management skills to bring cow lovers together for Unified Kalpavriksha GOSEVA Project.

Administration Head : Antaryami Balram Das, Phd. Commerce
Masters from Delhi University, working experience of more than 10 years with American MNC. Excellent leadership qualities with strong interpersonal and work management skills. He is a initiated devotee of ISKCON.

Event & Promotion Head : Ramnath Mallya, B.com, Advanced diploma in travel & tourism management
Professional experience close to 2 decades in promotion and campaigning. To give a push to the cause of conservation of the Indian breed of cows coupled with an awareness among the masses by channelizing his passion for travel along with promotion & events for Gauseva.

Goshala & Rural Consultancy : G.C. Agarwal, MA, LLB, PG Diploma in padmin, Degree in Ayurved Ratna, Herbal & Cow Therapy
Rtd. as Joint Director from M.P Mandi Board having more than 30 yrs experience in Farming & Rural Development. Utilizing his vast professional experience in this NGO to transform Goshalas into self sustainable projects.
